George, Being Bush
The 2004 us presidential elections.
A documentary on us citizens who are called george bush. There are only a handful and ten of them were selected to make up a representative cross section of the american population. Some george bushes held very extreme opinions. Others were slightly more moderate.
From ohio to washington, from right- to left-wing, from intellectual to refuse collector, all the main characters share at least one thing with the man in office: his famous name. It sticks to them like a stigma. One was refused on a flight to saudi arabia because the airline was afraid to attract potential hijackers. Others are quite happy to share the president’s name because they are fierce george bush supporters.
