The only satirical current events programme on flemish television since 2013. From tuesday through thursday, Jan Jaap van der Wal puts a unique spin on current events. Every episode he is assisted by a public figure from the world of sports, culture, politics, science or pastry. They try to draw lessons from the past and use complicated theoretical models and completely useless clips to move one step closer to a perfect world.
Whether they will ever achieve their goal is doubtful at best, but Jan Jaap is determined to at least have a great time in the process. Originally on tv channel vier, since 2016 on public tv channel canvas around ten.
